how quickly will you review my application?

Depending on the region, it may take us between 2 business days and a week to review an application. You will receive an email from us, or our Recruiter will contact you, as soon as we complete our review.

how can I speed up the process?

Make sure you fill out your profile in as much detail as possible when you register, so we can review your application more quickly. We also strongly recommend you complete online tests in the Prescreening stage. According to EPAM Anywhere talent acquisition process, such applications are reviewed first.

Some of the most common reasons for rejection of an application include:  
- a CV that doesn’t pass the prescreening  
- technical background that doesn’t match the position
- the position requires a higher level of English proficiency  
- your experience doesn’t match the position  
- more domain experience is required

Our process doesn’t involve a General Interview with each applicant. To make the best use of our time, and yours, each profile is first reviewed and evaluated based on the position’s requirements.
