Senior Data Scientist Jobs

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Data Scientist to join our team in a remote capacity.

The suite covers the entire hiring funnel, from initial candidate applications to their first day at EPAM.

responsibilities

• Devise and implement a machine learning-based expert system to support hiring decisions
• Create a multi-factor forecasting model to assess candidate suitability for hiring
• Integrate diverse structured and unstructured data sources into the model
• Establish a feedback loop to facilitate model training and iterative improvement
• Collaborate closely with the AI Center of Enablement, fellow Data Scientists, and Developers to enhance the model's capabilities and autonomy
• Become an internal expert within the team, fine-tuning the developed model(s)
• Assume the role of an in-house expert in designing and fine-tuning LLM prompts utilized in the Product for granular insights

requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a preference for candidates with hiring or HR context experience
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python or other relevant languages
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Knowledge of natural language processing techniques and tools
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Proficiency in database management systems like SQL or NoSQL
• B2+ English language proficiency level
