We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our remote team, working with a leading global provider of digital marketing solutions. As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications, utilizing your expertise in Java and front end. responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions using Java and related technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop scalable and efficient software solutions that meet those requirements
Write and execute unit tests, API tests, and performance tests using tools such as JUnit, JMeter, and Splunk
Contribute to the development of software architecture and design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and extensibility
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, providing valuable insights to the development team
Participate in code reviews, offering input on code quality, design, and potential challenges
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Java development, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team

requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development, demonstrating your expertise in Java programming and development methodologies
Proficiency in Angular, Node.js, and Amazon Web Services (AWS), enabling you to build scalable and efficient cloud-based applications
Experience in unit testing, API testing, and performance testing using tools such as JUnit, JMeter, and Splunk
Knowledge of Spring Framework and its various modules, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of the development process and delivering high-quality software solutions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

nice to have

Exposure to Agile development methodologies and related tools, such as JIRA or Trello
Experience with Puppeteer
Experience with HTML, CSS
