We are seeking an experienced remote Senior SQL Server Developer to join our team, contributing to the development and maintenance of our data integration solutions.

With a focus on data warehousing, ELT/ETL, and advanced T-SQL, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our data infrastructure. responsibilities

Maintain and optimize existing stored procedures used in reports, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability
Develop new entities in ETL processes, contributing to the enhancement and expansion of our data infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Staffing/TA business domains, to understand their data integration needs and provide effective solutions
Mentor and coach other developers, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks and contributing to their professional growth
Coordinate and collaborate with other teams, including project management and QA, to ensure seamless and effective data integration solutions

requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in SQL Server development, demonstrating your expertise in data integration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Expert-level proficiency in T-SQL, showcasing your ability to write complex queries and stored procedures
In-depth knowledge of RDBMS tools, including Microsoft SQL Server, and their integration with other systems and applications
Experience in data warehousing and ELT/ETL processes, highlighting your ability to design and implement data integration solutions
Experience in project management, mentoring, and team management, showcasing your leadership and collaboration skills
Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
