Senior Python Developer Remote Jobs

You will be responsible for developing complex Python applications and building RESTful APIs and JSON. You will be required to deploy to high-reliability production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Git. You must have excellent skills in RDBMS databases, especially PostgreSQL, and object-oriented programming and application design skills. Experience with Swagger is a must-have, and familiarity with UX design principles is desirable, but not required.

The ideal will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions, ensuring data quality and providing technical guidance to junior developers. To excel in this role, you should have strong expertise in Python, Databricks, and AWS.

You will be responsible for developing database-driven web applications and high-performance application systems. As the central point of contact for customer technical leads and EPAM developers, you will solve technical questions and take architectural decisions. You will also be responsible for the identification and decomposition of required tasks to assign to the development team and hands-on coding work.

Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Python Developer with 3+ years of experience in software development to join our team. The customer is an insurance company that offers surety bonds to construction, engineering, oil and gas, manufacturing, defense, shipbuilding, pharmaceutical, transportation, and retail sectors. The project is focused on the development of a service that intends to consume submission data from internal services, enrich it using REST API for 3rd party services, score it via REST API with internal service, store results in No SQL DB and show to the users in being developed User Interface. Scrum team is distributed across the world and includes team members from US, Hungary, Ukraine and Belarus.
