We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our enterprise architecture team remotely . In this role, you will develop IT design solutions aligned to the Enterprise Architecture framework and the customer's technology strategy and roadmaps. Your focus will be on providing design solutions for business units, functions, and technology domains. You will be responsible for designing, standardizing, and maintaining assurance practices within a multi-disciplined environment. You will assess and challenge demand, root cause, and cost-benefit analysis while keeping abreast of industry best practices and trends.

As an ambassador of design thinking and user-centered processes, you will champion new ideas, take risks, and relentlessly pursue excellence.

As a Senior CX/UX Researcher, your primary focus will be to collaborate with the product leadership to understand the user(s) and the needs of the business, as well as interact with processes and systems to identify research needs and execute them. You will guide the product team in strategic decision-making, from identifying key user needs to the end of the envisioning process, followed by continuous usability testing of existing and new patterns.
